If you feel confused and overwhelmed and don’t know what questions you should be asking, Palliative Care Australia has a list of questions people often ask that might be useful to you. 

 

How can Palliative Care NT be involved in my care?

We can offer support and information and connect you with the contacts you need to help you. Palliative care can benefit individuals and families living with serious life limiting illnesses. Territory Palliative Care provides clinical services and specialist knowledge with regards to physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs.
